            Tub was re glazed by Preferred Reglazing *************) on April 4,2023, I paid $725 for tub repair including repair chips and cracks. The cracks came back after a few months and were repaired again. In February I noticed crack starting again. I sent picture an text to Owner ***** and she immediately asked if I had a receipt.I provided her with date and amount paid. She sent back reply only way to fix is put an inlay you want it? I called her right back she did not answer the call have not heard back from her. My receipt clearly states 10 yr warranty from date of application. It has been less than a year.

            I got quotes from three different companies. This one was in the middle price-wise, and very reasonable. I left a message and they got back to me right away. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me a lot of information about the process that I would not have known or thought to ask. The representatives from the two other companies that I spoke with were very personable but provided me very little information about the process or their product. On the day of the re-finish, they arrived on time and were very professional. would absolutely recommend to my friends and family. If you ever want to fet your tiles and tub surfaces reglazed, Preferred Reglazing is the company to go with. They have been in business for 45 years and know the ins and outs of the industry better than anyone. Highly recommend them!!
