On March 12th 2020 myself and my wife ***** signed a contract with Sterg T********** (Tseranos Construction) in which he agreed to construct our house at **************************. This agreement was updated and signed again on 5/10/2020. As part of that agreement, Sterg T********** was to draw funds from our construction loan with Service Credit Union and use our funds to pay the subcontractors and pay for the materials(see attached). Sterg took possession of our funds/money and did not pay all of the people he agreed to pay. On August 3, 2020 Sterg T********** swore to an Affidavit in front of Notary Public **** **** in Chester, NH at approximately 09:15 AM. That Affidavit requested that $94,000 be disbursed from our Construction loan. Sterg took custody of those funds but did not pay the Well company $6000.00 for the well. On January 14, 2021 Sterg T********* swore to an Affidavit in front of Notary Public ******* * ******* in Chester, NH at approximately 11:45 AM. That Affidavit requested that $80,100 be disbursed from our Construction loan. Among those funds collected, $7000 was allotted for electrical work, $4000 was allotted for the sprinkler system $2000, allotted for the generator and $1000 was allotted for the water(well). Sterg T********** never made those payments as he agreed and swore he would. The subcontractors in question will verify that he did not make the payments as he agreed to. -**************************************************************.
