    These people have the joy of towing vehicles without any consideration. We went a Casino to relax and have fun but ended up as the worst night out. We parked in an area with cones but found a spot without one so we thought its okay to park there and decided to take the space. Theres to sign of No Parking or cones. Found out later that someone towed our car. I really dont mind paying the penalty but these company is a scammer! They are contracted to tow illegal parkers but they purposely put a warning cones so spaced apart without any No parking signs so they can victimize people. They dont even make the effort to page the owner of the vehicle. I think they need to be investigated.

    There are signs that say no parking or you will be towed at your expense, also we are not the ones who put down the cones ; that would be property management. When the property management wants a vehicle towed for illegal parking, trespass parking, etc. they contact us with the make, model, license plate number, etc. and we arrive to do our job. We arent our to ruin nights, or victimize people as you would put it but it is our job to tow these vehicles, and not a joy by any means as we get complaints such as this. Apologies for ruining your night out, we hope next time you will choose to park in a valid parking zone so it does not occur again.

    My son's vehicle was towed due to a severe accident and needed to be towed because of the damages on 11/23 on 11/16 I went to the tow yard and was allowed to retrieve the belongings in the car. However because of his injuries he could not remember what else was in the car. Today 12/26 I called the tow yard and spoke with a Kenny, related the info to him and he demanded I pay $`1,920.00 in order to collect his wallet containing his social security card and driver's license as well as some tools in the trunk

    Upon reviewing the information and documents we have in regards to this accident there are a few things that are important within your claim. We did allow you into the vehicle more than 3 times prior to the last time in order to retrieve belongings that you/your son wanted. Upon the last request to retrieve his wallet you were told we would look for you as you had already been into the vehicle numerous times. When a vehicle does not have insurance on it we are entitled to only let you receive necessary items such as : wallets, purses, life essential clothing, mail, legal documents, child safety seats, eyeglasses or contact lenses, medicines, medical equipment, license plates, or house or place of business keys. Although the wallet is on the list of essentials, neither yourself, you wife, nor our staff was able to locate the wallet within the vehicle making it known that it was in fact not in the vehicle. After speaking with you about this we did decide we would allow you one more time to look through the vehicle for the wallet, upon not finding the wallet once again and a conversation with Kent(the owner) he allowed you to take the tools that you stated were your fathers as well as search the vehicle for the last time.
