I've had a few interactions with this company that were very unprofessional. I have my puppy go to their doggy daycare and he loves it, it's close to the house and convenient. I've also done the puppy obedience class and it was very good.
I brought my then 8month old puppy to daycare as I was working that whole week. He is around the age they request neutering and I already had an appointment scheduled. They called to tell me that he had started humping and that he was not allowed back until he was fixed. I told them I already had an appointment for neutering but they again stated he wasn't welcome back until it was done. It left me with a huge dilemma as I had no where to bring him and I was working this week.
The second issue, my dog is now 11months and they called to tell me he was aggressively attacking other dogs when they come in and out of the door. I spoke to their trainer who told me this was normal for this age and I should enroll him in a class to help fix this behavior. I called my own trainer who gave me some things to do at home and I also scheduled time with her to show me what I need to do. My trainer asked me to call the facility and see if they could also do this at doggy daycare as it would help to be reinforced in both places. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and very difficult to talk to and kept telling me that he would not be welcome back if it wasn't fixed. This is an 11 month old puppy and they work with dogs. I'm not a trainer or a dog expert and they spoke to me like I was an idiot, not an educated adult. It's ok, I'll work on it with him that night but I had to bring him in the next day because I had to work.
They called again and my husband called back and the person claimed they were an owner of the facility and wouldn't let my husband talk at all, said my puppy wasn't allowed back and told him to "F-off"! This is a place that deals with dogs for a living but cannot manage a puppy or work with the owners at all.
