            Terrible people they are rude and kept hanging up on me. It took an extra 2 days to get my vehicle back. They stole the jack it was on . The owner kept telling me to buy one at a junk yard. I had to put the new tire on my self because the tow truck guy only had one good arm and hip surgery he was still recovering from. I still have it gotten my receipt for the towing. My insurance can't reimburse me. And I have to buy a new jack. Worst experience with towing ever.

            He reason it got towed in the first place was she left it on the highway without a tire and the cops towed it because it was a Hazzard and it sat there for 2 days. The reason it took two extra days is because she forgot to bring the tire when she come the first time. We are open 24 hours so she could have come back but she didn't. We put the tire on her vehicle and she watched. If she had done it wouldn't you think she wouldn't have forgotten the jack.since then the owner of the jack contacted us and he come and got his jack back. It wasn't hers.i also faxed a copy of the bill to her insurance company so she could get reimbursed I have a copy of it.
            She was mad that her vehicle got towed and was very mean to my dispatcher.thats why she is taking it out on us. We went out of our way to accommodate her

            The vehicle was towed because it was a Hazzard and was sitting on the highway for two days by the cops.
            The reason it took longer is because she forgot the tire the first day she come out.we are a 24hour company that would have met her that day if she would have come back
            We put the tire on her vehicle for her she watched. If she would have done it wouldn't you think she wouldn't have forgot the jack.the jack wasn't hers and since been returned to the owner.
            I faxed the bill to her insurance company that she provided to me and have a copy to prove it
            She was very mean to my dispatcher and calling every 5 minutes. She was very mad that it got towed and was taking it out on me which was not my doing.
