    On December 12, 2023 this company attempted to charge my credit card on behalf on a photography studio and mistyped the security code causing the transaction to be declined. Instead of reaching out to me they then ran the card again on December 23, 2023 and the charge was accepted because they entered the security code correctly. They then charged my card an additional $25 for having to process my payment twice even though the first time it was their mistake. I called this company twice and left messages for CEO ***** ******* and he never returned my card. It appears this is a normal business practice as I see other complaints here.

    In response to this complaint when I went back to see why this card was declined it was not because the security code was typed in wrong, the code was correct from the start. The reason the card was declined was due to NSF or Non Sufficient Funds available. We do not make changes to anyones card and nor do we have that ability,  so for this guy to make that up is a lie. His bank is the one that declined his original transaction for NSF, it was then collected at a later date when he had funds available. This policy is not our policy but the merchants policy who provided your photos. I attempted several times to call but the voicemail was full each time.

    Sept 12, 2022 they charged my account for $***** and today again they are charging me $***** which I have not used my card to approve either of these!!!!
    I want the money returned to my account asap!!

    We have looked into our records and do not show a call or request that came into our office for any refunds. We always promptly address these request. Our customer may have not authorized a refund on the fee. Ms. ******** can call into our customer care group at ************ and ask for Steve
