My new pergola from Decks, Decks and More Decks was one of the best investments I’ve made to my home. The process was easy and the team I worked with was thorough. I spoke with Rhonda to address my wants and needs and had an in-person appointment in the showroom with Robert. Gene took pictures of my current patio where the pergola was to be added. Robert took those photos and created a 3D rendering of what my new pergola would look like. This rough design exceeded my initial expectations as Robert gave me three different options to start from. After selecting the perfect version for me, I was booked on their schedule and eagerly waited for my turn. When it was my turn Robert & Rhonda both confirmed that the dates still worked for me. My pergola project started with Josh arriving first thing and setting the expectations for my project build and the estimated timeline needed to complete it. Justin and his crew were very professional and efficient. They addressed all the questions I asked along the way. When my pergola was complete, Josh and I did a full walk-through of the project to ensure it met my expectations. I would recommend Decks, Decks and More Decks to anyone looking to add a pergola to their home. I am glad that my neighbor Mike B showed me his deck and pergola project that they completed for him and recommended that I give them a call. Robert and his team were great. Showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, and left the worksite the way they found it, just with a new deck. Happy with the level of communication as that is where so many contractors come up short. Would recommend.Decks, Decks & More Decks

Decks, Decks & More Decks just replaced our 22 year old deck. The whole experience was great from design, contract, and build. Our deck was torn down on Thursday and completed on Tuesday just ahead of a late March snow storm. It work was completed a day ahead of schedule due to the storm with 8 or more individuals working to completion. We love our new deck!Decks, Decks & More Decks

From the start DD&MD was professional, answered all my questions and provided recommendations for my job. The demolition and installation team was professional and friendly. The quality of the work was outstanding. The team did a fantastic job communicating with me on a daily basis to let me know how things were going. We are very happy with the work done by the professional team from decks, decks & more decks. Our deck was destroyed by the July 2024 storm. They helped us through planning (many choices), removal of the old deck, and building of a very nice, new deck. We are impressed by the excellent workmanship. In July 2024 a storm took out a portion of our deck, which ultimately resulted in the entire deck needing to be replaced. After researching decking companies we decided Decks, Decks and More Decks was the best choice. Rob worked with us to plan a winter replacement of our very large, complex deck. The first crew started tearing out the damaged deck in November, as well as pouring the cement. The second crew started working the end of January and we had a completely new, upgraded composite and cedar deck within a few weeks. Everyone we worked with were very professional from the showroom to the job site. The building crew was great to work with and sought out our input on design details during the build. The office staff was very understanding & helpful with providing documentation when we were working with our insurance company. We had a great experience dealing with Decks, Decks and More Decks.Decks, Decks & More Decks

Decks, Decks & More Decks removed our existing deck and replaced it with a larger, maintenance-free one. From the beginning of the process, they were an excellent company to work with. Robert and Rhonda were very helpful and understanding as we requested several changes to the initial plan and again when we had to postpone for a year. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to pour the footings in late fall and then construct the deck during a few nice days in January. We thought we'd be waiting until late spring or summer after signing a contract in October, but now we can enjoy the deck whenever there's a nice day. Josh and his team were wonderful. Skilled, professional, and efficient - taking only three days to tear down and build. The site was cleaned every evening and they moved the heavy items out of the way and back for us. Upon completion, Josh walked us through the construction details and answered all our questions regarding use and care. The entire process was an easy and positive experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.Decks, Decks & More Decks

My husband and I recently had Decks, Decks and More Decks completely replace our deck. From the time we sat down to go over the plans until we walked through the finished job site, we have been completely impressed with every aspect of this company. We initially received a bid from another local company which was below that of D, D, and M D. It became clear that the first company did not include many important structural components necessary for the safe construction of our new deck. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, organization and excellence of Decks, Decks & More Decks. Robert W*****, owner, patiently helped me through the process of choosing the composite material, railing and lights (from samples in their showroom) as well as design changes, expansion and finishing touches to my soon-to-be new deck. The 3D visual of what the finished deck would look like, along with the understanding and courtesy extended during conversation, helped to cement my decision to go with DDMD. The care and workmanship of Chris T, project lead, and team cannot be understated. They are meticulous in their work and pay particular attention to detail with emphasis on quality. Rhonda, office manager, was very pleasant to work with as well and always responded to my calls/questions. It is no surprise that this company is so highly rated. I now have a beautiful, maintenance free deck that I dearly love thanks to Decks, Decks and More Decks!Decks, Decks & More Decks
