When we decided it was time to replace our 27 year-old deck, we did a lot of research on deck builders in Omaha. We ended up getting 3 bids and in the end, Chose Decks, Decks and More Decks. When we went to their showroom to meet Robert you could immediately see they are a professional company. While their proposal was in the middle of the 3 bids, Robert took the time to listen and design our new deck during our initial meeting. When the time came to start the tear down, crew chief Chris was great to work with. He and his crew showed up on time and kept us informed during the entire process. He and his team were polite; professional and they did a great job providing us the deck we wanted. We highly recommend Decks, Decks and More Decks!Decks, Decks & More Decks Response

This was one of the smoothest home renovation projects we've ever experienced. Throughout the bidding and estimation process, we knew exactly what our options were and how much they cost, and we saw a detailed rendering of exactly what our deck would look like after we made our choices. The final estimate was right in line with other competitors, if not a little less. The work crew was on schedule and communicated well throughout the entire build. And most importantly, the final product is top-notch, and a huge upgrade over our previous deck. We look forward to many years of maintenance-free enjoyment.Decks, Decks & More Decks Response

Can't say enough great things about our experience with Decks, Decks and More Decks! From the very beginning when they came to provide an estimate, to the experience in their showroom, to the completion of our project, their team exhibited professionalism and high-level craftsmanship every step of the way. The cost ended up being what I expected and the digital designs of the project looked exactly like the final product. We had a great experience, working with Robert W***** and our project lead, Josh M*****, at Decks, Decks & More Decks to replace our old deck and build a new, beautiful deck and pergola. Planning our project at the showroom allowed us to view the different materials and get a better idea of what our options were. Robert was able to show us a 3D computer rendering of what our deck would look like and showed us exactly how much the project would cost. Communication throughout the project was great. Things happened when we were advised they would, and the construction team working on our deck were professional and neat. Crystal clear expectation management - The consultation in the showroom gave us plenty of opportunity to ask questions and decide on the right materials for our needs. Chris and Rhonda kept us updated on the schedule. The contract was delivered shortly after our consultation, and the detailed descriptions in the "What happens next" document were very helpful. The demolition team was quick and left no mess. The construction team (I think the same group) did a great job! They were on time, they were accurate in all their work, they were gentle with our antenna wiring, the end product looked exactly like the showroom demo, they were friendly with our dogs. We loved our experience with Decks, Decks, and More Decks. Their showroom and intitial consultation gave us a thorough overview of what to expect. Their timeline proved accurate and their communication was strong. We went from having nothing in our backyard to a fully-built beautiful and high-quality deck in three short days! The builders were friendly and communicative and the cleanup process was smooth. Randy B M***** **** *** *** – Nov 2023 Decks Decks & More Decks replaced my existing deck. Worked with them to produce a computer generated, 3D rendering of a totally new design. Very knowledgeable in designing and recommending materials. They have a beautiful showroom of materials to select from and have been in the business for over 40 years and know what they are doing. The people are exceptionally nice, detail oriented and driven to please. The construction crew was great, very detailed and did outstanding quality work. I believe I could have had found someone cheaper, but I don’t believe anyone else could have built a better deck. Decks, Decks & More Decks are "clear leaders" in their industry. Their installation of our new deck to our home was "picture perfect!" Those reading this commentary, in search of a company to handle a build for them, need look no further. They stand behind all they say and do. Their work is of the highest quality for their industry. Their staff, to include the build team, were very professional throughout the entire experience. When they finished, they informed us of the appropriate care for the composite product installed. Competitive pricing, reliable scheduling, detailed installation, and comfortable, informed communication throughout the build process, comes "natural" for this Deck team.
