            On December 10th 2021 I place an online order. Initially it was marked for local pickup by mistake. A couple of weeks later I changed it to be shipped and paid the shipping fee to MJ's. Since that time she has not shipped my order. I have emailed her at least a dozen times. She responds, telling me she will take care of it and at one point she sent a link telling me it was put in for shipping. I have yet to receive it. My daughter placed an order on February 6th, 2022 and she said she got an email saying it was going to be shipped but again, to date my daughter has not received her order either. Michele (MJ)excuses have been; her kid is sick, she is sick, she had a water leak, heavy snow in the area. This past week in an email she said she had covid and was in bed. Two days later she post pictures of a craft show she is attending, selling her stuff with family helping her. I am more than frustrated with her lack of follow thru. Can you help me get the items I ordered 3 months ago and the one my daughter ordered over a month ago?
