    We just received our new windows from Window World. I have to say we were thrilled with the personal attention we got, the excellent learning experience from our salesman Todd D****, and great service from the installers. Would hire them again in a minute. Thank you!

    Rarely give 1-star reviews, but this was next level. Short of it is it took them two years after taking 20,000$ from me to install their product - with me having to hound them about the status. After about a year and a half I was told the color of siding we chose was not in stock, changed color, and had to wait weeks after that. Moreover, they had to revisit our home to fix shoddy work, which is still unsatisfactory, and the materials were left on my front lawn for weeks, after explicitly stating not place it there and clearing an area in the back, ergo a large swath of my lawn is now dead. Once they get your money, good luck, it's on their terms, not yours. Hard pass on this company.
