5 starsSteve was my first call for stair-step cracks in my garage. He said he could get it done with two piles and quoted me at about $5000. I called for a second opinion with a well-known foundation company that has a name similar to my own, and they quoted over quadruple the price. When I was talking with Steve he really seemed to know what he was doing and gave his guarantee we could fix the problem with a cheaper and less intrusive alternative. I went with Steve, and as soon as the spring thaw came he sent his team over. They were professional and got the job done in half the time I expected. Overall a good experience and I would recommend him to others in the future.Review fromTom

From the estimate process to the day of the job, communication was great and the staff were great with communicating costs, project preparations, and scheduling. The day of the job went quick and the work was excellent.

Steve and his crew at quality foundation repair were great! They came out and did work on one of the coldest weeks in Dec but were polite, profesional and involved the entire time. The time estimate was spot on, the cost estimate was very competitive and up-front, and meeting the owner helped them stand out! They drove piers down to support the foundation and put in yard anchors to stabilize a wall. You can hardly tell they were digging in the yard and it is such a big relief to have my house fixed, especially knowing I can call them back if something isn't working like it should.Quality Foundation Repair

We had an influx of water into a back basement room requiring the installation of a sump pit, sump pump, and water mitigation system. Quality Foundation Repair determined the cause of the excessive water flow, advised a plumber be called in to alleviate it, then installed the new sump pump and water mitigation system to prevent any future water problems. QFR’s crew was timely, knowledgeable, and professional in handling any of the issues encountered. They were efficient about getting the job finished and cleaning up afterwards. I definitely recommend Quality Foundation. Steve was prompt and I didn’t have to wait a month for the initial quote, like others that I received quote from. He was up front and honest with pricing, which was more than fair and much more competitive than the other companies. Also, most importantly he didn’t give me the used car salesman vibe. He was never pushy and encouraged me to get the other quotes I was still waiting for, and assured he'd still honor his offer when I called him back. The gentlemen that performed the repairs on my house were efficient, courteous, and effective. Everywhere they worked was left clean when they were done, and where they had to dig outside looked just like it did before they dug! If I didn’t know where to look it would have been very difficult to tell where they had been. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Quality Foundation and Repair. They were very professional and had excellent communication skills. I really appreciated Steve and his feedback regarding times and all the work they put in. Also, it was super quick for the installation. They arrived by 8:30 and left around 4. We are very pleased and if we ever had to do an egress window we would absolutely use them again.Quality Foundation Repair

I just want to let quality foundation repair know im very happy with the results. Im giving them a five star . The men were very knowledgeable on what they had to do and very friendly. They allowed me to take pictures during the process of the completion. I’ve of course wanted to thank Steve Gnader the owner, he gave me a description to layout of what it would take to do this sump pump install in my home. He made me feel at rest with this .
