On Aug 4, 2021 Tree Service of Omaha did some tree service for my dads neighbor ******************************. My dad and his neighbor have side by side driveways. My dads driveway is less then a year old, but not all was replaced. They used my dads driveway with out permission with their heavy equipment and cracked dads driveway. They cracked one old panel and cracked the newer panels in four place. I call the owner of the business and he did come and looked at the driveway and said his equipment isn't heavy enough to crack a driveway so he said they didn't do it . I ask him why they didn't ask permission . He said his bucket man did ask. I ask him if i can talk to his bucket man, he said yes he will have him call me, so I can ask him who he talked to that gave them permission to use dads driveway. Aug 19 2021 is when he said he will have him call me, still hasn't call me. i sent a email on Friday the 27th and haven't got a email back.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/07) */ On August 4, 2021 Tree Services of Omaha completed work on **********************. During the removal process an older woman from ********************* offered to let us use the driveway where, in good faith, we were under the impression was the owner/co-owner of the property. During this process no damage occurred as stated by Jerry ******. I spoke with the entire crew about the complaint and was also told of no issues during the completion of job. I met Jerry / George ****** personally to discuss the complaint and expressed that our company did not cause any property damage. If there is any evidence showing that we cracked the driveway, please attach in a reply.
