Amazing customer service - got a call less than an hour after requesting a quote, and they had completed the service not even two days after the quote! Very clean around the job site - overall, could not have asked for an easier, more efficient way to take care of the stumps that needed grinding!

I hired the team to care for my maple tree that was damaged in a storm. They have done a few root fertilizer treatments and just pruned some of the weight off the tree to prepare for winter. We didn’t know if the tree would survive due to the damage, but it has been thriving. Great customer service. Will continue to use the team for future needs.Great Plains Tree Care

Very professional group … prompt in offering a quote, and in following through with their service. Excellent communication via phone and text with updates - in our case with rain delays. Protected our lawn/landscaping when they had to bring in big equipment to take down a 22 year old river birch. Their workers were professional, were approachable when I had questions, and were courteous in interactions. I would highly recommend this very professional group!Great Plains Tree Care

We had a 30+ ft Norwegian Maple in our small backyard that was dying. ******* came out to assess the situation and determined the tree needed to be removed. The quote was a bit higher than I’d hoped, but given the tight space and inability to use heavy equipment, I understood the pricing. A week later, their crew arrived and worked with remarkable efficiency. They took the tree down in just two hours, expertly chopping it up and hauling everything away without any issues or equipment. While the cost felt slightly steep for the job, the crew’s skill and precision in safely removing the tree without damaging our property made it worthwhile. We had a large branch snap off of our backyard elm tree in a windstorm on Thursday night. After calling around Omaha and finding wait times of 6-12 weeks at various companies, Great Plains was able to give us a quote via pictures, and then sent over an arborist in less than 48 hours to take care of the limb. They did an excellent job trimming, advising, and hauling away all of the tree debris. I would highly recommend them and will continue doing business with them for our tree needs.Great Plains Tree Care

I had an amazing first experience with Great Plains and I would recommend to anyone! They are prompt, do excellent work, and beat the competition in price! They do what’s promised, clean up after themselves, and are very easy to work with! Had two trees removed, stumps ground down, and one tree trimmed - they were in and out in 5 hours! We have had excellent service. There was a need for a call back for one missed broken branch on damaged tree and they returned the following morning!
