    Hired Cisneros Tree Service to trim trees. One was in my backyard. Instead of pulling my branches thru my gate they threw the branches on my fence and yanked them over causing the tension bands and tension bar to break and breaking the chain link fence as well. When I came home I found the damages but received no notice from them that damages occurred. I reached out the date of incident regarded the damages and it took them 5 days to respond, by email, no phone call or in person inspection. I sent them photos of the damages and they automatically denied liability stating they pulled all branches thru my gate. Thankfully I have video showing them pulling branches over the fence side of my house, not thru gate as told. Still they denied liability and requested payment in full. I also had to request their insurance information twice. This all could of be avoided with a simple apology date of and working together. Unprofessional and disrespectful of property. Admit fault when fault is done. Work with you customers to come to an agreement when damages occur.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns and provide a detailed account of your experience.
    To clarify the timeline, our team completed the tree trimming at your property on June 13th, 2025. You left a voicemail that same evening at 5:01 PM, which we returned on Monday, June 16th at 8:14 AM. During that call, you described the damage to your fence. As per our company policy, we request photos of the damage to initiate our internal review process. Those photos were received by email on Tuesday, June 17th, referencing that the crew had “undone” your fencing.
    Following receipt of your report, we initiated a formal internal review, which included speaking with the Crew Foreman and all team members present at the job. All confirmed that no fence was undone or damaged during the work. Please note that whenever fence alterations are required—typically in cases involving complete tree removal rather than trimming—the client is informed during the estimate process, and the information is documented in the work order. In your case, the service involved only trimming, and no changes to or handling of the fence were discussed or authorized.
    You also shared video footage, which we carefully reviewed. The footage shows a crew member moving branches toward the wood chipper in the front yard, but it does not indicate whether those branches were from the front or back, nor does it capture any act of throwing or dragging branches over the fence. Based on this review, we found no evidence of our crew having caused damage and, therefore, cannot assume responsibility for fence repairs.
    Following this decision (June 19th, 2025), you informed us that you intended to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and indicated you would remit only 60% of the total invoice. While we understand and empathize with your frustration—and have expressed this in prior email communications—we want to reiterate that the work performed was done with the same care and professionalism that we bring to every project. Our crew followed all standard procedures, and we found no internal or visual evidence indicating a fault.
    That same day (June 19th), you requested our liability insurance information, which we provided. We respectfully remind you via email that, per company policy and Nebraska law, payment for services rendered cannot be withheld without legal cause or a formal agreement. That said, you are fully entitled to pursue your insurance claim, and we are committed to cooperating fully with our insurance provider as they conduct an independent investigation into the matter.
    As of today, June 20th, we have confirmed you have spoken with our insurance agent and will be processing a claim. We welcome the opportunity to resolve this concern through the appropriate channels.
    In the meantime, Cisneros Tree Service expects full payment for the services completed on June 13th by the signed agreement. If payment is not received in full, monthly finance charges and applicable fees may apply, as outlined in the terms of service.

    Do not use this service they were suppose to trim overhanging branches and remove the stuff they trimmed
    Instead of hauli.g it they decided to dump it all across from my house! They also cut the wrong tree branch

    Unprofessional business used my yard to cut up tree branches and logs left all kinds a debris in my yard and tore up grass and it was my neighbor across the street tree they cut down called them to let them know they really didn’t care
    These clowns are clueless who does this

    Cisneros Tree Service went above and beyond beginning with our initial phone call for tree removal. They came to our house within 2 hours for a free estimate. Two days later, they removed my trees and did a spectacular job cleaning up. I was so impressed with Luis, Miguel and their entire crew. Through all of their hard work, it was so fun to hear them laughing and having a great time. I am beyond grateful for these wonderful and talented people.
