    "MY SON'S CAR WAS TOWED FROM HIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HE LIVES THERE WAS DRIVING A FAMILY MEMBERS CAR WAS THERE TO PICK OP A CHILD WAS IN THE HOUSE FOR 10 MINS COME OUT CAR IS GONE .PARKING LOT IS NOT NUMBERD AND THE CARS DO NOT HAVE PARKING STICKERS LIKE THE LEASE SAYS AND NO TOWING SIGNS POSTED STATING WHO IS TOWING ALSO IN THE LEASE IT SAYS A PLACE TO PARK FOR VISITORS AND THERE IS NONE SO MY QUESTION IS HOW DID THE TOW DRIVER KNOW THAT CAR WAS IN VIOLATION ,AND ALL SO THE PROPERTY THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE CAR WHILE THE CAR WAS IN THE TOW YARDS CUSTODY SOME ONE WENT THREW THE CAR TOOK MONEY AND MENY OTHER THINGS TO MENY TO LIST ,PLUS DAMAGED THE CAR UNDER SIDE ." ...
