"Nice people Horrible service you get one call a day if you miss it you have to wait until the next day my current situation I have nothing I was in contact with them everyday for 5 days straight as they hold my check in their hands I continuously called emailed stressing how important this check meant to me and the short time I had they went ahead and mailed it after I stated several times I wanted to pick it up as I was only 5 mins away even gave my address but didn’t expect anyone to drop off just another option since there obviously over extended called corporate they said I can drive all the way to Omaha they can cut me a check but had to wait a day I’m out of time it’s now Thursday had to have today or they could wire to my account still a day wait I’m so disappointed in a company who obviously just cares about the bottom line and not you this was beyond important for me to have this by today Thursday and to call and basically beg for 5 days straight while it’s ready and just sitting there 5 mins away has me in disbelief and for them to go ahead and mail it when I have been trying to get to a place where nobody is ever at and if you miss their one phone call u get a day u wait till the next day so thanks RTS Title Company For Everything You Have 0 idea even though I told u every day for 5 days how much this has crushed me even more than everything I’ve went through being forced out of my home because someone wanted revenge would not recommend this place even as a last resort thank you for your time and sorry no punctuationSincerely,Donald J B***"
