    Service provided: replaced two exposed sprinkler heads.

    The company came and replaced two sprinkler heads and the company is charging $******, even though they didn't need to do any work to expose the sprinkler heads and remove them. They have on their invoice that they were onsite for 3 hours. The total on-site time was less than 30 minutes.

    I called the business shortly after receiving their invoice to inquire about price, and was told they would call the servicemen that had come to my home and discuss and then give me a call back. I never received a call back, but instead received the same bill for $****** months later on 1-04-2023. I expected to receive a reduced bill after discussing with them what I had witnessed and that I didn't expect such a high cost, when a similar service was provided earlier that year for a fraction of the cost. I then received a call from the business stating they were sending the bill to collections. I asked some questions and was told that they were going to again reach out to the servicemen who came to my home, discuss the bill with them, and call me back. I yet again received no call back, and haven't seen a reduced bill.
