  This company installed roofing and gutters. The work seems to have been done very well. I guess time will tell. My contact was Steven and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Frankly, he exceeded my expectations. If had an issue it was communication about when work would be accomplished. It is always good to keep the customer informed.

  I can’t say enough good things about Royalty Roofing & Renovations. I called them Monday morning to see if they could reinstall a piece of vinyl siding that came off the house over the weekend, a gentleman (Ryan Kenney) showed up in just a few hours and he took care of it for me. Quick service, honest pricing, and someone who takes pride in their work is hard to come by these days, without a doubt I’ll be calling them in the future.

  We've been working with Royalty Roofing for 5+ years on roof repair, roof replacement, exterior painting, siding replacement from storm damage as well as woodpecker damage, fence & play-set staining, and gutter repair.
  Not only do they stand by their work, but they are fairly and affordably priced, honest, and incredibly timely and efficient. They listen to every concern and communicate clearly what to expect pricing to be before the work begins, when to expect the work to be done, and what is under vs outside of any applicable warranty.
  Everyone we've worked from their office to installation crews over the years have been professional, kind, and thoughtful.
  Royalty is a great choice if you expect timely and clear communication, and a company that stands behind their work.

  Royalty Roofing put in a larger window in my family room. The quality of the window and finished work is very good. I love my new window! The Company Rep was very helpful and he made up for the on-site foreman's attitude. I did not expect friendly conversation, but to have the crew just leave the job without saying that they were done, was not good. There were small things that did not get finished. The Royalty Rep was quick to complete these items and I am quite pleased with my new window.

  Royalty Roofing did an excellent job replacing roofs on our home, rental properties, and business. Their knowledge and craftsmanship were very much appreciated. When there were material or delivery issues, they informed us and advised accordingly going forward. Nick, Sean, and Jeremy worked with us through the following phases: estimate with insurance company, selection of material, and follow-up with insurance company for supplemental adjustments. I have highly recommended Royalty Roofing to several neighbors and friends. Royalty Roofing is the best in the Midwest. David and Carole

  Saleman Sean will 'sell' you what you want to hear. I was told that the sub-contractors would be supervised by Sean from the beginning; drop off of materials and continued check-ins through the roofing and gutter process. This did not happen. Shingles were delivered that were damaged and out dated and not suitable to be used. Sean was not present at delivery time as promised.
  Unfortunately the company's sub- contractor have little concern for damages they incurred on my property, tried to falsify work that was not done or completed- Roof vent and chimney flashing was not installed ; I noticed this the day after sub-contractor left. They didn't say they were coming back; nothing was said.
  Gutter crew came when it was getting dark outside and rushed through the job; left nails around the property.
  Overall Rpyalty lacked in customer service and satisfaction. I would not recommend to my friends.

  Royality Roofing did an outstanding joy this summer after the June hail storm. They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. They took care of all the needed repairs, from working with the insurance company and any needed sub contractors. Would highly recommend them!!

  Royalty Roofing was a class act from the first phone call. Mason ******** made the entire experience easy. He worked endlessly with the insurance company providing additional photos and information at every turn. I received outstanding, professional customer service with Mason and all staff with every encounter. Each step was explained and completion schedule on time. Even after it became apparent after tear off that new wood was needed, the crew finished the same day. Thank Mason and staff for an exceptional experience.
