    I have a whole home warranty service with Choice Home Warranty. My kitchen drain started running slow so I placed by first claim. They called Two Men and a Snake. The plumber was out the next day, at the time they said he would arrive, and lickety-split, that drain was clear as could be. Cleaned up, too (better than I left it).

    Friendly employee. Took a look at another plumbing problem I have for no charge. I'm getting bids on that work but will strongly consider them.

    Highly recommend.

    What a terrible experience we had a drain pipe that needed to be shortened our contractor talked directly to the tech and told him exactly what was needed. The tech did not do what our contractor told him to do and broke the seal on the drain. The tech supposedly put silicone on the drain and we were told not use the shower for two days. After two days my husband used the shower and we had water running out of ceiling in our family room, we had to pay to have our ceiling replaced. We were told by the office gal that a check was in the mail to reimburse us for the first service call no such check has ever arrived. We are out a service call charge and having to pay to replace our ceiling. We want other families not to have to go through the headache we have experienced with this company.
