    Ordered 12-14-24, free shipping, paid 5$ extra for ground advantage to receive it before the end of the year. I paid and then was informed that my delivery window is 1-2 to 1-7. Customer service on Facebook wanted to argue with me, I simply wanted my 5$ refunded since id be waiting 1 month to receive a “Christmas gift”. Never will order from here again, wish I could give no stars.

    Terrible product. Image was discolored and blurry. Customer care was unwilling to do anything about it other than offer a discount on a future purchase. Scent was so strong it was noxious. Originally purchased for a gift but was unable to give it due to horrible smell and bad quality image. Reviews on website on show positive. It appears that any negative review is not posted. Buyer beware!

    I was very pleased with my order, quality and turn around time. I was unsure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! It was such a unique gift to give and my friend was so shocked and thrilled with it! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Instafreshener went above and beyond for me and my order. First I uploaded the wrong image, the fixed it. Then I realized once it had shipped, it went to my old address because of me and they shipped me out the next day a new order the correct address. It is amazing quality with customer service like no other. Companies like this are hard to find these days.

    This company is misleading with its priority mail. Do not pay the extra amount! They can’t even make the product in 3 days! So that shouldn’t be an option at all. I requested to be refunded for the extra I paid to receive it in 3 days and was met with a bunch of excuses. Terrible business practice

    2. **Order Cancellation**: According to our records, your order was cancelled on the same day it was placed. If this cancellation was not requested by you or if there has been any misunderstanding, please let us know so we can investigate further.

    3. **Refund for Priority Mail**: We aim to be fair and transparent with our shipping charges. If you purchased Priority Mail- it was shipped priority, but did still have to go through production since it is a custom product.

    I placed an order on 12.3.23 and received a estimated delivery window of 12/21 - 12/29. Instead of taking the free shipping option, i selected to pay for Ground Advantage hoping they would arrive in time for Christmas gifts. I have still not received my order and it is now 1/9. Order shows shipped as of 1/4 but no updated since then and the item still shows at the original send location. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps via email and they have all made excuses. Never once have they offered to refund the shipping that i paid for and never once said we are sorry your holiday gifts did not arrive.

    I can't even speak to the quality. The fact that they took on to many orders to not fulfill in time for the holidays, they should have stopped selling or put a note on their website, not available for Christmas delivery. Additionally, if your delivery estimate ends on the 29th, the item should be there relatively close to that date not still waiting 12 days later.

    Save your money and order from a small business Etsy show not a business that got to go on a TV show to advertise.

    It’s been such a regretful experience. I’ve never left a bad review for a business but I’m so frustrated.

    Was stuck between purchasing from this business or a different one that offered a comparable product. I chose this one because it said if I paid extra for shipping it would be here by Christmas. Immediately after ordering my expected delivery date changed to Jan 2nd-10th. I messaged right away confused and was met with a rude response of “it’s not guaranteed and we don’t offer refunds.” Which seems like a scam to me. I understand it was the holidays, and I’m an empathetic person. But for the date to IMMEDIATELY change after ordering is ridiculous. I reached out additionally and was told someone would reach out to me. It’s been a few days and nothing. I just want to get my product so I can stop concerning myself with this. Also to add, I’ve had a similar issue as others have stated where they said my order is custom and “in production” as the reasoning for not giving a refund, yet I haven’t received any sort of notification saying it is finished like the website stated it would be sending so that just doesn’t add up to me. Again, this all seems like a scam for money. They take in all these orders knowing they can only produce so much - I’m never ordering from this company again.
