The Ohama steaks store 140 in Westminster Colorado do not honor the sale prices they send you in their emails causing a total waste of their customers time and gas. My wife and I have purchased hundreds of dollars in this store in the past few years but after today's total waste of time trip over there on 4/15/27where a very rude store employee refused to honor their sale price sent to me via email. Needless to say we have officially made our last purchase in their store ever because they refuse to honor their commitment. May i suggest If you ever get a flyer or email that before you waste your time driving over there you call and make sure they understand the offer and will actually honor it for what it is and even at that theirs no guarantee they will honor it but at least you'll know they understand their offer. I called their customer service to complain and the lady on the phone said she would enter my complaint and that someone would hopefully contact me but I doubt it she didn't even take down any of my info. I wouldn't have even left 1 star but no stars isn't an optionOmaha Steaks Response

I reached out to Omaha Steaks via email and per their website, they would respond in 24-hours. It’s been over a week and absolutely no response. We bought their frozen chicken breasts and found the order to be rubbery. Inedible and very disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, now, given their utter lack of response I’ll shop elsewhere. Do better! Very disappointing.Omaha Steaks Response

These are not worth the money paid by my sister and father. They bought our family Steaks, Chops, chicken and burgers along with all of the sides to go with them. The meat is mediocre, I can get better at Walmart!! The sides are bland, how can you ruin sweet potatoes?? The apple dumpling/tarts were good but not great. Do Not make the mistake of ordering the chocolate cake!! It was supposed be a nice birthday gift but it was dry and the frosting chocolate flavored grease covered with mini dark chocolate chips. I know I may be extra critical because I've been a caterer-baker for 38 years. If you buy the $100 offer divide it by the pounds you actually get. It's a lot to pay for burgers and chicken and a couple steaks. It's not aged beef like a high end restaurant. Order from a nice farm or ranch, they all have great package deals and you know exactly where your meat came from.Omaha Steaks Response

We ordered filets & steak burgers from Omaha steaks, paid 151.56. Filets had Gristle in them not very good flavor. Hamburgers were dry & not good flavor. Not quality that we were expecting goo for 151.56. Sub part meat & not quality that we have received last year as a gift.Omaha Steaks Response

The burgers are abviousely scraps, which most ground beef is. But these are coarse and flavorless. And i find the same in the lasgna. The chicken cordon blue is also bland and should have different cheese.Omaha Steaks Response

I ordered $250 of products. Gave detailed delivery instructions. They were ignored. I’m unable to go down steps nor pick up and carry items up the stairs. They left two white coolers on the ground away from the stairs. zIwas emailed a confirmation of my instructions and to call if they weren’t placed where I asked. I called they refunded my money. But couldn’t arrange to pick up the spoiled food. I had to pay to remove the two containers. I will never order from Omaha Steaks again. I will never recommend them. I always use KC Sstraks why i didn’t this time is my regret. KC Steaks always deliver my gifts and my family loved their products.Omaha Steaks Response

We ordered a pot roast from Omaha Steaks. The description and picture looked good. When we served it, I never saw so much fat and gristle in a piece of meat . Every time you pulled away the fat there was more fat. Obviously it looked nothing like the picture … except that the pic and the meat was brown. Only similarity.
