      Very expensive and could not eat 3 of the 4 steaks in the gift box. Full of gristle. These were the worst steaks I ever tried to eat. Wasn't the cooking technique, used their instructions and look good off the grill. Nice and pink inside and nice char on the outside. I will never buy or send these to anyone I like ever. I wish I could attach a picture to show all the waste.

      Omaha Steaks show people that unprofessionalism is at it's peak. I used them for a friend's Christmas gift, and I was permanently placed on your Messenger list. After requesting it removed, I was promised it would be removed "in 24 hours". Weeks later, I still get Messages twice a day like clockwork! Sarcastic to say the least.

      When Omaha Steaks first started, I thought they were great. In the past few years, however, I have noticed the quality of their meat, including steaks, is worse than what you can buy in the supermarket. In fact, some of their freebies actually looked a funny color and were discarded. Finally, once you have ordered you are forever on their text advertising list. I have replied STOP many times, yet I still get them. I even tried chatting with someone named ******* at Omaha Steaks today about all these text adverts I keep getting. My request was simple, make them stop. *******, however, couldn't understand this simple request, so I asked for a supervisor. ******* informed there were none. Maybe that's their problem, a lack of employees?

      My first order arrived on time with no issues. Unfortunately I found the quality of the meat to be lacking. The tenderloin steaks and the apple tartlets were the only items worth eating. The hot dogs had pieces of bone, tasted like bad chicken meat and the color varied making me really wonder what was in them. The steak bites were tough. The hamburger was of poor quality, high in fat and also contained ground bits of bone. The chicken breasts were no better than grocery store variety as were the pork chops. I don’t mind paying for quality meat but that’s simply not what I received. Caveat Emptor!!

      Placed an order for the steak, chicken,burger etc pak It was a special they offerred with 8 free smash burgers.What I got was ALL burgers!!
      When I called they said that's what I ordered! I did not....
      Now trying to find my order on their site ..not available.
      I know what I ordered...will not order again!!!

      Order a package for my Dad for Father’s Day on June 7th. Z4012563QZXW. I got a tracking number and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday 11th and low and behold the order was sent back to the company. No call to me or my Dad, both numbers provided. I called on Thursday and spoke to Tamika who told me “well it was ups who sent it back not us” I said we’ll find that’s how you do business sent my money back. She literally began interrupting me saying “I was coming in hot” whatever that means. I have NOT received a refund even though I was told it’s been processed. I want my money back

This address was missing a unit number, and unfortunately the carrier is not able to call customers.       I bought these steaks, etc a few years ago and couldn't believe how small each steak was. I'm 240 lbs and had to eat 2 steaks/meal so the price just doubled. The taste of the steaks and burgers were ok after I used garlic and onion powder on each. My problem is I was going to buy the fathers day special for $99 with free shipping and added to my cart. When I went to purchase suddenly the price was $119 unless I added extra items. DISGUSTING!!!! I Deleted my order and will never buy anything again!!!! Everyone BEWARE of this company.

      I was gifted 2 $25 gift cards. Ive ordered from them before and was very disappointed. Meat was these ridiculously small grey frozen steaks. The chicken was rubbery and why I would have thought theor hot dogs would be better then the dollar store brand. I dont know because they were NOT. But since I had the gift cards I said okay. Maybe I'll order sides or deserts .

      There is a $69 minimum purchase requirement. So I added and added stuff. I have a picky household. I litterly had $59.95 in my cart. With rax would be over their minimum but nope. And their. Cheapest thing is $6. When I contacted customer service i was meet with a rude lady. When I stated my situation lady basically said not her problem and I could add $5.99 which was Cheapest thing they sold. I stated
      Well first off your breaks are ridiculously over priced for the small frozen things we receive. Your chicken comes out rubbery. And don't get me started on you gross hotdogs. I said I was only trying to use these gift cards my job gave me and if you cant budge on $.05 then I'd rather throw them away then purchase stuff that im going to be disappointed in any way. Have a good day is what she said. Then disconnected call. Maybe i deserved that for calling them out on their quality of product but again im left with disappointment with this company

      I ordered last week and was provided a tracking number. When I go to UPS.com to track my order, it still states that only the label has been created. I paid extra to have it guaranteed delivery. I Keep emailing them to ask where exactly is my package??? I'm still awaiting package. I have even requested a discount or refund for extra delivery fees. So, where is the food? This company is bogus.
