You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.” and “Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. TO start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: (INSERT RETURN ADDRESS\ If your return is accepted, well send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected].” However, after I reached out to the owner, ***** ******, via email, she told me that I’ll need to purchase the return label by myself and she will also deduct 14.4 of shipping when issuing the refund. The policy is misleading that the I was eligible for free shipping and if I return the items within 30 days, I should receive full refund, $90, however the shop owner is not really going to do fully refund. I’m hoping to have your advice and help in this case.
