"After a devastating hail storm and three independent contractors who all evaluated the damage to my home and the exterior around my grounds, I was shocked to learn that although all three contractors concurred on the damages to my home - the insurance company who I have been with for over 6 years and even referred friends to who also became and still are customers - would not fully be taking care of the damaged roofing, flashing, repainting and re-staining appropriately to restore the damages to my home.One of the roofer / contractors after failed attempts to show in pictures and reports to my insurance claims adjuster - to be heard and actually paid attention to - even my sending a FedEx package to the insurance company’s president which included these reports - received no reponse as well." ...
