      I purchased 4 dining chairs cost of $386.41 waited almost two weeks till delivery when the delivery was to take 3 days what arrived was the legs and seats no backs I emailed that the backs were not their I sent purchase * ******* and shipping *********** asking if they would send backs or should I return and how to return I received an email a few days later was told they could not find order # a picture may help I sent a picture and and a pic of shipping label on the box have heard nothing plz help

      We tried to responde several time and it was kicked back to us a being undeliverable. Your order did not come from The Rush Market. We take returned items from over 150 other companies and they use our return address in their labels. We have no way of knowing who you purchased from and do not have your money, that company does. Please reach out to whomever you purchased the chairs through to rectify your missing back issue.

      Purchased 'open box' Burrow shelves from Rush market, thinking because it was open box and trusting their price comparison on their website that I was purchasing a product at a good deal. When I looked at the Burrow website the next day, realized that their prices advertised were wrong and they were inflating the prices on their website to make it seem like I was getting a good price, when it was almost exactly the same price as the Burrow website. I would have purchased it from Burrow at that price, since they have a return policy. This incorrect price comparison is misleading, and their customer service brushed me off when I tried to raise it as a concern.

      I purchased a ***** sofa from Rush Market. The shipping was abysmal and not on time, and most information I received was incorrect. That being said, we received the item eventually. Now is where the trouble began. After assembling the couch, it was clear that one of the locking mechanisms that attached the armrest to the backrest was defective causing the sturdiness of this portion of the couce to be compromised.

      I contacted Rush market on several occasions via email and phone and continually got excuses. They first claimed that the manufacturer of the sofa (Burrow furniture) should be the one to call.

      I called and emailed Burrow many, many times, but they said they could not provide a replacement part, and my issue was with Rush Market. I should add that they were responsive and understanding.

      So each is pointing the finger at the other, but the endless reciting of policies and excuses from Rush Market clearly indicates that they care nothing about customer service and everything about profit.

      Avoid these folks, no matter how pretty their website is..it's a bunch of baloney.

      We referred the  customer to the manufacturer since we do not sell the parts he was having issues with. They refused to help him. He didnt reach out again until after the 30 day return policy.

      As an open box retailer, we do not honor manufacturer warranties, as we are not the original retailer of the item which voids the warranty.  We also do not carry replacement parts on our site, those would be available only through the manufacturer as well.

      They provide the same excuses intent on not resolving the issue. I guess we'll agree to disagree. A credit of some sort should be offered. The product manufacturer said that should be the resolution. Lesson learned.

      PAID THEM 514.79 FOR A POWER RECLINER AND THE FRAME BROKE AND THE STITCHING BROKE LOOSE, I STARTED CONTACTING THEM IN JULY AND LEFT MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE AND FINALLY WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD GET BACK WITH ME, SO AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AND NO RESPONSE I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURE AND ITS UP TO THE VENDOR TO REFUND MY MONEY, AND THE VENDOR TOLD ME TO GP BACK TO THE MANUFACTURE, I BOUGHT IT FROM THE BUSINESS NOT THE MANUFACTURE AND THEY ARE THE ONES RESPONSIBLE, I WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

      The customer came to us after the 30 day return policy was over. Also, we do not warrantee any of our items as they are all open box returns and the normal warranties are not longer valid as they are the 2nd owner of the item. He was not understanding of this policy and got very verbally abusive to the customer service team.

      I purchased an item for ****** on February 8th and have yet to receive any information on my order I have emailed and called customer service and was hung up on when I requested a refund so I called back thinking it was a mistake but the same person answered and the phone was hung up again it's not very often that you call customer service and get the same agent no response to my emails *** ** *** ***** *** ******* * *** ** *** ******* *** ********** *** *** **** ** **** ****** **** ***** ******* ** *** ***** **** ******* *** *** ******* ** ******* *** *** never get a direct response from customer service I think this website is committing fraud by not refunding or responding to customers complaints

      * **** ******** * **** ** *** ***** *********** **** ******** * **** ** *** ***** ******* *** * ********** of the calls that were received, one of which I listened to completely and she was not hung up on and the other was just a 2 second voicemail that she left. 

      We followed up every time she emailed or called. We advised what we were doing to assist her in cancelling the order and that as soon as the cancellation was received we would refund.

      We advised her on 2.17.23 (9.49am) that her order was taking a bit longer than we had anticipated after her initial email, also on 2.17.23 (6.51am). She responded to this email (2.17.23 15.41) and did not ask for a refund at that time. When she called on 2.21.23, we advised we would confirm the cancellation with the manufacturer and contact her back. The refund was issued on the next day 2.22.23 after confirmation of cancellation was received from the manufacturer. She would have received an email showing the refund, just as she asked in the phone call.
