    Xtreme installed new AC system. The AC stop working in less than 5 years. Technician came out and diagnosis that evaporator coil is leaking. it is still under ****** warranty. We paid $210 diagnosis fee. He promised that office will call back to setup replacement. After 2 day no call. I called them repeatedly, but nobody answered the phone for several days! Finally, I get hold of them, but they refuse to do warranty work. very rude! this is the WORST experience.

    This customer is referring to an investment property that does not have any maintenance done unless it breaks. Filters rarely get changed, and the equipment never gets cleaned. The $210 was for two hours of time to find the leak in the system. We waived the dispatch charge. We gave this customer a price to replace an evaporator coil at a very fair price, especially since the system was near empty on refrigerant. We offer 1 year of labor warranty on investment properties with a new unit, especially because they tend to have lack of maintenance. The parts are covered by the manufacturer, but the labor 5 years later without any maintenance is not. We refused to do the work for free. We hope you find someone that will accomplish your goals at the price you would like. Thank you for the years of being a customer, and we hope the best for you and your investment company.

    This is not true. We did own many rental properties. Vast majority of them have 15+ years AC units. All of them are still running strong because we keep good maintenance work. But we did not signup Xtreme to do routine maintenance for us. Actually, this is the newest AC unit (less than 5 years) which had evaporator coil leak issue. ****** quality or Xtreme improper installation? Who knows.

    We never ask Xtreme to do warranty work for free. What we complain is that they ignore us, then try to cover up, even worse, walk away with ductwork half open. We keep cell phone record to show how many times we called Xtreme, but no answer. We, a long-term loyal business customer, get this kind of treatment. Think twice if you are an ordinary customer.
