    In June we had this company come out to do home warranty work by 2-10 home warranty. They where here for 2 days doing work and didnt fix the issue. They caused more issues. Our unit wasnt cooling. Less than 24hiurs after they left the AC unit kept freezing and thawing water flooding our basement causing secondary damages. We have recently learned today that the company never had permits to do their work, we have had another HVAC company come out and pointed out numerous issues like there are multiple wires connected to the ground, the air handler is wrongly placed, their are exposed wires fr I m the outside of the unit and the inside of the unit in the basement. When **** was contacted he basically washed his hands of any wrong doing by claiming its a 2-10 warranty issue... because they "sent" the parts. However the install was completely mishandled.

    This home owner is making false accusations and is submitting multiple complaints from the same job. We have offered to remedy the situation and have been denied access to diagnosis the system or make any necessary repairs. We have even offered a refund in full for the work we have done. The customer has also refused a refund.
