    Carter was very thorough examining both the old furnace and old AC. His recommendation was to replace entire units as opposed to just trying to repair (very expensive) and hope for the best.

    They were very friendly and worked as quietly as possible. It seemed to take a long time. 3 1/2 hours. Not sure if this is normal. Got the work done and gave us a quick rundown. The only thing I didn’t like is they took several breaks to go out and smoke and then we could smell the smoke in the house and especially on his breath while going over everything. Otherwise appreciate their efforts.

    Courteous and friendly. Informative and updated us on what he found with the system. We received both text and email prior to his arrival along with a photo id of the technician doing the work. Auto scheduled our next service.

    I bought a new furnace and heat pump 2 years and have not had a great experience. Shady sales practices, improper installation, and now refusal to fix a system still under warrantee. I recommend calling someone else.
