    This place has made one of the worst times in my Mother-In-Laws life unimaginable.
    My Father-In-Law passed 12/18/22. The funeral home was quick to schedule a time to set up the process for cremation. They took my Mother-In-Laws money and provided death certificates and told us his ashes would be sent to the Omaha National Cemetary. When they weren’t transferred, we contacted the funeral director (Travis Sheffield) he was extremely rude. Stating, "I don't know what to tell you" as to where my Father-In-Law is... Now, they its 3 months later and still no ashes or body. They don't answer phone calls or respond to voicemails once they have taken your money. Their doors are locked. After pulling recent reviews online we are not the only ones this is currently happening to. What are they doing with the bodies?
    It's Absolutley absurd how people are treated by this place (living and deceased).
    Avoid this place at all costs!
    We are contacting an attorney and had an appt with Mike McKnight (Channel 6) as well. After further research, we found that they had a disciplinary action against them in 2021 also.

    Travis funeral director did not complete my mother in law's death certificate with the correct data death her name her social security number everything he did was wrong and filed it then he left the business is no longer there no one's there we are having a difficult time getting the certificate corrected has been 63 days. Has been a nightmare. We are wondering if we have the right ashes.
