    Powerhouse Call Solutions (PHCS), and their parent company, Horsepower Brands (HPB) are zero integrity companies that do not deliver on their stated promises and intent....in fact, they don't even try to do so. Steer Clear. Based on my experiences as a customer of PHCS (i.e. a small business owner of a Horsepower Brands Franchisee) and relying on them to provide accurate, timely, and helpful information to potential clients, I can state they absolutely failed. More often than not, the operators were confused by the products being sold resulting in them passing false information to customers and not aligning their expectations with reality. Additionally, almost with out failure, PHCS knowingly passed on erroneous charges to their clients -- most often for setting up appointments for the sake of doing so whether or not the potential client was a viable lead -- while individually small these charges add up and are a very high profit margin form. Moreover, when information is presented to PHCS and HPB leadership clearly showing these obvious discrepancies, they are dismissive and take zero corrective actions. --Prior HPB Franchisee
