      They already refunded the money into my checking account the day after I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau.  I will not "Accept" their response as they are ************

      lready refunded money back to my account, ***** ***** did not receive any *** into my account.
      3/31 /23called ****** *** again ,Sarah said will call me at 11 am on 3/31 /23 to let me know status
      4/2/23 Sarah never called me back as promised I e mailed long letter to company again asking for refund by check.
      4/6/23 no reply via e mail and obviously no check in the mail or *** put back into my checking account .

      We have no customer by that name.  I am not sure why this person thinks they are our customer.  Additionally, we have no customers in **********.  We have no record of ever doing business with this person.
