      I retired and notified company in 2022. Company charged me yearly fee of *** to my auto pay checking for the year 2023. I contacted by phone many times and e mails . Company said they already debited money back in my bank . ***** ***** confirmed never received money and my account did not have refund sent back .I requested refund sent via check and company has been silent and not replying to my emails. I have been requesting this refund since 1/23/23 and have been getting the biggest run around and false promises. I have dates and names of all my communications as well as e mails sent to back up my complaint .. The worse part is i have been with this company ** years or almost ** years! The company has all my e mails .. Here are dates of my communications: 1/10/23: talked to Mayra ********* said will refund in 7 days. 2/1/23 talked to Mayra again said refund was not going through requested her to send check instead she said will do so. 3/7/23 e mail from company said already refunded money back to my account, ***** ***** did not receive any *** into my account. 3/31 /23called ****** *** again ,Sarah said will call me at 11 am on 3/31 /23 to let me know status 4/2/23 Sarah never called me back as promised I e mailed long letter to company again asking for refund by check. 4/6/23 no reply via e mail and obviously no check in the mail or *** put back into my checking account .

      We have no customer by that name.  I am not sure why this person thinks they are our customer.  Additionally, we have no customers in **********.  We have no record of ever doing business with this person.

      They already refunded the money into my checking account the day after I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau.  I will not "Accept" their response as they are ************
