5 starsAfter a frustrating search to acquire new insurance coverage for our commercial building we finally found THREE by Berkshire Hathaway and Jessy ****** who made the entire process simple and efficient and within two days presented us with a quote and a policy that beat the pricing and coverage from all the companies our independent agent had inquired of. 5 starsThe customer service at THREE by Berkshire Hathaway is way better than most of the companies in our area – easy to get ahold of live people with actual knowledge of our policy needs. Shoutout to Jaylan S. for solving our problems quickly and professionally!
Also, they got us a comprehensive and fairly priced umbrella insurance policy for our small business. We have a new construction company and they have been invaluable as we streamline our business and insurances. So happy we switched to THREE.Review fromJulie C

1 starDo NOT use Three Insurance. I had professional liability insurance for my medical billing LLC. I simply tried to change my business name. I discontinued my old LLC, registered my new LLC with the State of Colorado. I sent Three all the required paper work (same documents issued as my old LLC). Three continued requesting "articles of incorporation." I tried many times to explain I do not have articles of incorporation, I'm an LLC and I submitted the same documents they used to set up my insurance with old LLC. Despite several calls and emails - they would not change my business name. I was forced to cancel and get new liablity insurance. A few months later they sent me a bill for $60 stating due to an audit. They said they would report me to credit agency if not paid. By the way - their insurance premiums are not competitive and way over priced. They also do frequect significant increases to premiums. My new premium is $66 per month and for better coverage. Three started my premium at $91 and within 3 years was $109 and I've never filed a claim. This company is terrible.
