    We took our ************** to get it looked at because the AC wasn't working. Anderson's put Freon in and told us to monitor it. After a couple weeks to a month the AC wasn't working again so we took it back. They had the car for a couple days and we finally called to find out about the car and we were told it was ready. When we got it back this time they had damaged the dash, tiny tears and cuts were found. My wife took it back to show them the damage and Tom, the service manager, refused to help us and refused to look into it and told my wife they didn't do, it was from the sun! This was back in July. Now come October we find out the heater isn't working, and this was all part of the same Job we had spent over a $***** dollars to get fixed. We took it to another mechanic to look at it after all the trouble we had last time. They looked into it and told us to take it back to Anderson's because no doubt, they had to have worked on the heater too when working on the AC. And to even go one further the owner said he would talk to Tom because he knew him and explain it to him from one mechanic to another and see if they would honor their work and so we wouldn't have to pay again for work that should have been completed. Once again, Tom at Anderson's simply refused to even look at the problem and simply didn't want to deal it. This is, bad workmanship and even worse professional service. They need to be looked into and definitely not given a AAA rating, terrible service and job not completed properly and they refused to make it right. All we wanted was for Anderson's to make it right, now we will have to pay someone else to get it fixed properly because it wasn't done right the first time. We would like for Anderson's to reimburse us for the extra cost as this should have been covered by them. And as far as the damage to the dash, well they will have to live with what they do to customers vehicles!! Thank you for looking into this for us. Alan ****
