    When on the phone with ***** ******** he led me to believe that the sell of my camper would be quick that usually from beginning to the sale is usually about three weeks, after initial payment. He assured me that they had an A plus the BBB which is why I felt what he was telling me to be true. I paid the money and nothing, I've received a few emails from them and then a call saying it didn't sell on the live auction which I was not informed that it would only be on a live auction for seven days. After the seven days were up they called back wanting more money to place on their selling platforms which I initially was told that would happen.
    This company has done absolutely nothing for me and I would like to be refunded.
    I've spoke to ***** and he said well sometimes it can take a little longer to sell which was not what was stated on the initially phone call when he was trying to get me to make the first payment.
    I looked up the add to try and find the ad myself, I never was able to find. The did send me a link that led me to the listing but for myself searching for it I could never find it.

    I’d like to personally address your concerns and clarify the steps that have
    been taken.
    You initially engaged our company to assist in selling your
    2022 Forest River Cherokee. The payment of $622.96 covered the setup and
    execution of a 7-day **** **** ****** ******* ******* and additional marketing
    services, including placement in our nationwide publication network until the
    vehicle is sold.
    It is important to clarify that while our representatives do
    their best to provide accurate timelines based on historical data, we are never
    able to guarantee the sale of a vehicle or how fast it will sell due to various
    factors outside of our control such as seasonality, market demand, location,
    condition, and pricing or other listings advertised by the customer.  We do apologize if the expectation
    communicated to you over the phone differed from that.
    Your live ebay auction ran from March 10 through March 17, 2025,
    and generated 14 watchers and 10 bidders, with a top bid of $9,100  ended below your
    set reserve of $27,999. After the live auction concluded, our team extended a
    complimentary 30-day fixed-price listing on eBay (at no additional charge),
    which ran from March 19 through April 18, 2025, in an effort to provide more
    exposure and better results.
    Additionally, we are still actively marketing your RV
    through our nationwide channels as part of the ongoing service commitment.
    We value you as a customer and would like the opportunity to
    speak directly to explore a resolution that is fair for both parties. Please

I was never told that it would only be advertised for 7days until the 7days were up, nor was I told that you would want additional money to continue advertisement. Let's be honest I wouldn't have paid almost $700 for my Camper to be advertised for 7days, if it were clearly stated when speaking to *****.

    FSBO was completely misleading. They were attentive and responsive while selling me the service, but once the live auction ended, they vanished. They never explained the different price tiers, provided no support after the auction, and haven’t communicated at all for over a month. No follow-up with highest bidders as promised. This service was a total waste of money and time. Extremely unprofessional — I would strongly advise everyone to stay away.

    You initially reached out to our business seeking assistance
    in selling your 2008 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. After reviewing your needs, we
    recommended and you purchased our Unlimited Package this is our most comprehensive
    option, which includes multi-platform exposure and a "Good Until
    Sold" listing, including promotion on eBay.
    Throughout the listing and auction process, our team
    maintained consistent communication with you. Your eBay listing generated
    significant interest, receiving 44 watchers and 6 bidders, with the top bid
    reaching $40,099. However, as your confidential reserve price was set at
    $64,999, the vehicle did not sell during the auction. Following the auction, as
    part of our standard procedure, we began outreach to the highest bidders and
    promptly relisted the RV at a fixed price of $69,900 with a “Make Offer” option.
    Within 10 days of that relisting, you informed us via email
    that you had sold the RV through another channel. We were happy to hear you
    were able to sell the vehicle, although we acknowledge that your expectations
    of our service may not have been fully met.
    We respectfully disagree with your characterization of our
    service as misleading or unprofessional. Our team executed the marketing plan
    as agreed, and we were responsive and diligent throughout the process. The
    outcome of a sale is influenced by numerous market factors outside of our
    control, including pricing strategy, buyer demand, and timing.
    While we regret that your perception of our service is
    negative, we believe we fulfilled our obligations under the terms of your

    September 26 2024 they called me or i clled them. I was told they were the most effective way to sell an RV on **** and across multiple other websites platforms. J***** ****n said it was a one time fee of $1000.00 He said could sell it easily as they had been in business for 10 years, it looked like a great rig; and a good price as I was willing to reduce the the price from 69 K to 62K ;and that they had a great track record. I heard nothing till early Jan 2025. When they called me again finally, but told me that for another $500.00 they could put it on an **** auction. I pointed out that the deal was that there was a one time fee of 1K. The salesman got very aggressive like a dog that wouldnt let go of a bone. Then he said that the extra $ was just a fee thay had to pay to **** and there was nothing in it for them. He was willing to drop it to $400 after hagging withme for 30 minutes ---I went with his offer as I really wanted to sell.That was January 10 2025... he said he would get back to me in 7 to 10 days. He never did so i called and spoke to Chris who informed that my RV was never entered into an auction. That they must have forgot. He promised me that they would get in to the next auction. I never heard back . That is when I searched the internet including the BBB and discover that a this was a scam by a number of responses . VSS hold up a good front of service and are always apologizing. Thay seem to have no respect for doing their work they have be paid for. VSS is a scam in my experience and I want my money back of course.

He also told me that I will be so happy with his service, that I will be wanting to sell everything through him. He also told me he had 8 buyers wanting a 2019 Tiffin that's why I got talked into it. So, since he was a complete liar, then comes along **** ******** who is just as much of a liar. These guys just want the money, & once they have it you become a GHOST to them, not one time did anyone call to let us know if there was anyone interested or not interested, they will send an automated email just saying let us know if you need anything... Give me a BREAK, they have NO IDEA what good customer service is

    We would like to clarify a few points in response to our client's concerns.
    No Guarantee of Sale Timeframe or Price:
    At no point did we guarantee that the RV would be sold within a specific timeframe or for a specific price. The RV market is highly dynamic, influenced by several factors, including the condition of the vehicle, the price set by the seller, market demand, and more. We do our best to price vehicles competitively based on the current market and past sales data, but these factors are beyond our control. We do not guarantee a sale within a specific period, as we clearly communicated during our discussions with our client.


    Communication and Updates:
    We understand that communication is key to any successful transaction, and we regret that our client feels we did not meet expectations in this regard. Our team has made efforts to keep him informed throughout the process. To date, we have run four auctions for his RV and have just launched the fifth. Additionally, the RV has been actively advertised across multiple platforms, including our network of websites and social media. While we have communicated with our client via email regarding the progress of his listing, we acknowledge that more frequent check-ins could have been beneficial, and we will take that into account for future clients.


    Additional Payment:
    our client mentions an additional $372 payment made on December 16th. This payment was for enhanced services and increased visibility for his listing. We did not promise that this would result in a sale within a specific time frame, but it was a part of our comprehensive advertising efforts.

    We take pride in our reputation as a top-rated seller and have successfully sold countless RVs. We remain fully committed to working with our client to sell his RV and will continue to advertise it until we receive an acceptable offer.


    We recognize our client's frustration, especially when expectations are not met in the expected time frame. We do everything possible to meet our client’s expectations, but we cannot control the market forces that influence the sale of vehicles. The unfortunate thing in today’s age of instant information, when we sell a customer”s unit they are our best friend, couldn't have done it without us and tell everybody. On the flip side, if the unit doesn't move in the seller's expected timeframe, we are liars, cheats and a scam. It is very frustrating.     On Dec 3rd, we paid $520.00 to Ebay FSBO and was guaranteed by ***** ********* that he would get our RV sold with-in the 9 days when it goes live on their website. We were also told that someone one would check in with us every couple of days. We heard nothing from anyone, until **** ******** called us & feed us a bunch of **** that he would get our RV SOLD. He talked us into another $372.00 on Dec. 16th. He told both myself & my wife that they would have better customer service & they would have our Motorhome sold quickly because they had BUYERS lined up to buy it. Well, it's now March 8th & we have never heard from anyone about how the sale is going. ***** ********* & **** ******** don't care about you or your vehicle, once they get your money you are a GHOST. PEOPLE WHO READ THIS, DO NOT USE EBAY FSBO TOO SELL YOUR VEHICLE OR RV. THEY ARE A RIP-OFF

    Vehicle selling solutions is a scam. I had a tractor posted on tractor house and **** **** contacted me saying he had two buyers ready to purchase my tractor for $2,000 more than my asking price. He guaranteed me my tractor would sell For more than my asking price of $65,500 on tractor house. The tractor never sold and apparently there was an offer at $55,000, twelve thousand less than he said he had offers for. I saw on the VSS website there was 90 day and 180 day memberships. When I asked about different levels of membership he said they all cost the same but he sold me the better one to sell the tractor quicker? How are all your memberships the same price? **** **** and vehicle selling solutions should be investigated by the federal trade commission. During this process I still get calls from other members from vehicle selling solutions to try to list my tractor. Please anyone and everyone stay away from these scammers. They do nothing but search the internet and contact sellers of products to try and scam them. I want a refund from vehicle selling solutions. The only time they have spent on my account is to lie to me.

    Based on my experience with this company, the services promised and customer service provided it appears to be a scam. Whether it is deliberate or not I cannot know. I paid $944.32 to this company without anything to show for it. The individuals I worked with were very sales oriented, once they got my credit card number their efforts to provide the promised results disappeared. After over 4 months I contacted them on Jan, 16th for a partial refund and to resolve my complaint. I have been ignored.

Josh promised that he would find a buyer and communicate with me regarding offers, and buyers questions. on Sept, 11, 2024 I paid 424.32 to extend the E**y listing. He never did reach out. I reached out repeatedly over phone and email without a response until I asked to speak with management. J** finally called back with the same promises but once again they took the money and provided no evidence that they were trying to sell the vehicle and did not communicate with me.

    The very pushy sales rep I worked with set the listing price for my vehicle unrealistically high, and more importantly never forwarded offers to me like he was supposed to, and never followed up after the listing was over. I was contacted by VSS almost a month later, and they just made lame excuses for the lack of follow-up and not letting me know about the offers to buy my vehicle. I wasted $500 on services that were not provided.

    I received a call to assist with the sale of my ****** from Geoff at Vehicle Selling Solutions.
    He wanted $*** to take charge and I would be hearing from them. Money cleared 2/22/23 to a ******* group.
    I have not heard a single word from these folks. I believe that I have been scammed.

    Mr. ****** signed up with us on 02/21/2023 and we called and sent his Invoice showing paid via email, along with our processes for his records on the same date.  Unfortunetly, there was typographical error in the email address, which has since been corrected.  We have spoke with Mr. ****** and are waiting for more photos which he will be providing shortly.  He also informed us he will be contacting the BBB to remove this complate as there was just a miscommunication.

    Mike **** contacted me from **** *** ****** **** ***** ** Vehicle Selling Solutions. I had a piece of equipment on **********. He told me he had a similar item that he just sold and two more customers ready to buy if I went with him to sell my equipment. Initially, he wanted to charge me $******* but was so sure it would sell that I would only pay $****** up front. He would cover the difference. I was in contact with him over a few weeks where he told me was working out a price and financing and had offers on the table. Then he started with family emergency excuses where he couldn't talk and to call him back later. I tried calling him back several times. He no longer took calls from me and never returned my phone calls. This appears to be a scam.

Our goal is to utilize the best marketing strategy for your item and be transparent and efficient on how we are going to accomplish our goal, it does not sound like that happended here. Your account manager is actually leaving for his fathers funural today, however, you can always call customer service anytime, Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all your account information. With that said, we cannot guarantee a timeframe in which we are going to get your item sold. All we can do is pick the best venues on which to advertise your property, and study timeframes in which it took to sell similar items.     Mike **** contacted me after the dispute was opened. He wanted one more week to get my machine sold. He said he would contact me today with an update. I did not receive a call. I would just like to have a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have already called repeatedly and have not received any resolution. Too much time has passed. I had to use other resources to sell this piece of equipment. This business overpromised what they could do for me with no results.
