      I am a first time home buyer and we had Joey complete our home inspection. He answered all my questions through a tour of the house and then through a detailed report that was sent afterwards. He helped us understand all the different things he inspected and answered any questions I had after through email promptly. I would recommend to anyone needing a home inspection!

      Joseph was absolutely wonderful to work with. We wanted to get a full inspection of our house done to see what areas might need improvement. He was quick to answer my call, very informative on all the services we could choose from and very professional from start to end. The inspection was completed within the week and was very accommodating to all our questions throughout the process. Highly recommend API's services if you need home/ sewer/ etc. inspections!

      Joe ****** was extremely thorough and helpful with the entire property inspection process!

      I appreciated the time he offered to review his analysis and give a personalized tour to point out examples that were indicated within his final report, which included images as documenting evidence!

      The professionalism and attentiveness provided by Advantage Property Inspections was greatly appreciated and made the house purchasing process easy to navigate.

      My wife and I purchased our first house in November of '21 and Joey was the inspector who we choose to complete the home inspection. Joey walked our realtor, my wife, and I around the entire property and discussed with us everything that he had found during his inspection. Based on his findings we were able to make the necessary repairs asap. He also went out of his way to fit us into his schedule as he was leaving on a family vacation the next day. If we ever purchase another home we will definitely be calling Advantage Property Inspections.
