Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention regarding the outside trim of your purchased item in 2009. We appreciate your loyalty to our products.
Upon reviewing your case, we regret to inform you that the outside trim is not covered under the current warranty terms. However, we understand the importance of addressing your issue, and we are more than willing to assist.
To expedite the resolution, we propose fixing the outside trim for you at the combined cost of materials and labor. This ensures a fair and transparent approach to resolving the matter.
