5 starsI had Bristol windows installed several years ago and thoroughly enjoy having them. I had the tinted windows installed and it has been wonderful on the south side of my house. It is great to not have any air leaks at all during the winter months. They are so easy to clean from the inside of the house. I would recommend them to anyone!

5 starsHad a sliding door installed 6 or 7 years ago, still working great. They were easy to deal with and did what they said they were going to do, which is rare these days. The installer made sure the flashing and sills were sealed properly. Was very pleased with the experience.Bristol Windows, Inc.

5 starsHad 6 windows replaced. The salesman listened to our needs and made sure everything about the windows were what we wanted.
The install crew showed up on time and did a great job.

1 starThe windows themselves are fine. My experience however was a disaster, and I am very frustrated with the quality of the install. They have offered to both come back out and take a look to make sure the windows were installed correctly, as well as reimbursing me for any material cost associated with me doing cosmetic work to the window stools. I denied these services as I have no further wish to work with this company after some of my customer service experiences with them on the phone and through text. I attempted to leave a review months ago but they immediately contacted me directly and requested my first review be revoked (while it was unposted and still in the BBB review approval process). Bristol expressed concerns of libel and let me know if I did not revoke the review they would "seek legal counsel". The review you are reading now contains only my opinions as well as quotes and facts I can back up with text message and email evidence. I do not recommend working with this company, that is my personal opinion as my experience was horrible. Its winter currently and multiple windows leak around the frame which reminds me every day what a poor decision I made. Because I don't wish anyone to experience what I have, I decided to leave a new very carefully worded review. This review will not be taken down.Bristol Windows, Inc.
