    Travis did a great job. Was very attentive and kept in contact. Brock Transportation did an excellent job getting my shipment to me quickly and kept me informed throughout its journey.

    Worked out great for me - got a few offers within a short period of time and at a competitive rate.
    After one selects the actual freight company all communications are with them directly and I had no problem scheduling the delivery.

    Everything was great, my load was booked and all the quotes reflected the correct dimensions. After i booked this load and paid my deposit, they sent the wrong dimensions to the broker somehow. The first truck couldn't handle the tractor because it was a pickup truck and luckily, the guy I bought it from said something and refused to send it. Freight star rebooked the load and they sent a smaller (non-oversized) width out and booked a semi that didn't have oversized load permits so they declined to load it. Logan with freight star wouldn't call me back and the tractor had to get loaded within the next few days. I had to go find my own truck and pay a substantial premium to get my machine hauled on short notice. I am considering hiring an attorney to seek the difference since they put me in a bind, with the hard tractor deadline to be picked up. I would not recommend using these guys and would suggest you use anyone else. Very unprofessional and apparently do not know this business, even though they are part of auction time, who sell tractors every week. If I could provide a negative rating, I would!

    Process was very quick and had multiple offers in just a few minutes. Logan was great and helped me communicate with the trucking firm before awarding the bid. Great job!
