5 starsAs a vet, especially combat arms, we have a different point of view. The culture while in the service is to suck it up and drive on and Motrin is handed out like tic-tacs. Once out, the same attitude persists. We just deal with it, until we can't. In 2015 I tried to seek on my own disability benefits and was denied outright without even a C&P exam. I didn't understand and felt betrayed, frustrated, & at a loss.
10 yrs later my wife convinced me to try again, and after some online searches for assistance, I came across Berry Law, it was one of the few that lawfims that highlighted Airborne operations and a slew of the issues I was dealing with as a result, in addition to injuries from a Training MVA while in service.
After the intake questionnaire, they got to work. My case manager was ***** *. Throughout the process from initial submissions, C&P exams, & supplemental claims I stayed in constant contact. The information and submissions were relevant and detailed. Don't expect things to be a daily update though as they research the specifics for your disabilities case and how they correlate, but there is enough communication for them to outline the steps moving forward.
The process with Berry Law did increase my disability rating significantly, as they were able to articulate in leagalese that of which aligned to my specific injuries, which is exactly what I needed. Someone to argue on my behalf better than I could articulate. Going back to my 2015 submission, I wasn't specific, it was shoulder hurts, knee hurts, back hurts, ankles hurt, ect.... Berry Law helped with those specifics.

I was having problems getting my rating with the VA. I used the Omaha office. I choose Berry because I had a friend who used them. Team was professional, polite attentive and really cared about me. I received my 100 Percent rating after being stuck at 90 for years. I won back percentages that were taken away for no reason and I received back pay for an error berry law firm saw. I finally feel as if I have won a battle I fought since 2005.

A friend of my daughter in Texas gave me their contact information and though it was a circuitous process, the end result was great. ***** ****** and Tuesday ************ were the individuals responsible for my success.
