    If I could negative stars, I would. This company came recommended by my realtor, so I had high hopes. 1. I reserved my appointment six weeks in advance. And was called the night before stating due to an internal move, my appointment would be moved back an hour. Again, what’s the point of a reservation? 2. The moving crew got “lost” for 45 minutes for a straight 4 mile move down the road. 3. My washer was broken. 4. My bed it was put together incorrectly twice. I ended up having to put it together myself after the company left 5. They broke my vacuum. 6. They broke the corner of my mirror 7. I had meticulously labeled all of my boxes. Please tell me how kitchen boxes ended up in basement… 8. The office lady is one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across. If you hate your job, that much, you should just quit. They did attempt to make amends by sending out a random person to “look at the washing machine” but then he just basically dismissed the puddles of water under my washer. And recommended I pay for a service to come inspect the washer. I would not recommend them for anything. My realtor also took this feedback back to her company and several realtor companies around town, They will no longer be using this terrible company either.

    As we explained to you during the call, we were a driver short due to a funeral. We did the small job first in an effort to stay as close to the schedule as possible. In an effort to make it right for the delay, we sent a 4 man crew on your job and only charged you for 2. We only knew there were issues with the move because your realtor reached out to us. We tried contacting you within hours to resolve the issues but you wouldn't answer. I ended up calling on my personal cell which you finally answered. I came out to the house immediately to look at the claims. I also had some difficulty getting to your house because of the construction going on and the road that GPS said to take to get into your neighborhood didn't even exist yet. When I arrived, you said you already fixed the bed. So I looked at the washer and basically ensured that the hoses were actually properly tightened but then you said the water was coming from underneath. We then talked about having an appliance repair company look at it. I gave you two options of companies and said we could go with whoever you preferred and was telling you it would be better for you to call them instead of me since I don't know what your schedule is when you said just forget it and asked me to leave your house. We tried everything to address all issues but we can only do so much if you refuse any communication.
