I have a fiber hub in my backyard. Allo dug holes in my back and front yard. They damaged my sewer line in the front yard. On March 10, 2025 the plumber I hired (** ******** ************) to repair my sewer line after my drain backed up showed up to my residence. They called me and said Allo damged the line when they ran fiber. They met face to face with Allo field engineers before they started work. Allo authorized the work to be done and admitted responsibility for the damage. I submitted the invoice to Allo for payment on March 19. I have called into Allo at least 5 times a week since then to get this resolved. I talked to field engineer *** (************) two weeks ago and she admitted misplacing the invoice. She said that the plumber would be paid the invoice amount ($3985.00). As of today I called Allo with no resolution.Customer Answer

Well Now Allo fiber has come on my property damage my yard twice with more to come, as they dig under my block walls to make connections. the first time was in Sept when they dug the back yard damaging landscape fabric, landscape lights, pavers, sprinkler system. In all fairness they issued me a check for $300 which barely covered material nothing for my labor which took me 5 weeks to fix. This time while I was in the hospital having surgery, they ran conduit in the front yard hitting my sewer line leaving us without a working sewer for a week, until I got a guy out that figured out what was wrong. As they started digging, I went and got them a roll of landscape fabric to replace the fabric they damaged not only did they not replace the fabric, putting the gravel back on bare dirt, they took my roll of landscape fabric .I know they are in an easements but I'm still responsible for maintaining those area, but I will be the one relaying fabric buying gravel to redo it right. This is the company that you gave business of the year, Maybe you should talk to residents of Yuma I know 4 that weren't very happy and I heard there are a lot more from the plumber I called and the officer they called on my for being so upset, at being hit again by their inconsiderate violation of my home and yard, no matter what I will be the one going out replacing the landscape fabric and re doing the gravel so not to be a patch of weeds growing in my front yard. what part of this is fair and this is the way to treat senior citizens in this town. what I want is to be left alone and stop the violation of my home.to have to at 73 relaying landscape fabric and hauling gravel is not easy for a man of my age, or I have to pay someone to do it for me I live on social security, I'm far from richInitial Complaint

Allo Fiber had contractors in my back yard on July 24th to dig a hole for their pedestal. The contractors dug two holes. One by the **** pedestal in one corner and one by the *** pedestal in the other corner. The hole that was dug by the **** pedestal caused a water leak of some kind. It could be my sprinkler system or an MUD water line. I have submitted multiple tickets and been in discussion with Allo Fiber for a few weeks now. At first, they tried to deny that there even was a hole dug. Now their contractors are denying that they dug the hole by the **** pedestal and suggested I contact ****. I did and they were not in my back yard around that time. Allo confirmed they were the only ones that had an 811 dig ticket in July. They are refusing to repair the water leak as their contractors are denying that they dug the hole. I witnessed their contractors dig both holes with my own eyes, yet they still deny it. Allo communications was laying tables through our neighborhood. They left holes in our yard that were approximately 3 feet wide and significant burn marks of our grass in our lawn. After calling two times and filing an online complaint we finally were able to talk to *** ***** the project supervisor.. He informed us that somebody would be out the following Saturday for a remediation. The crew did show up serded the areas, but did not lay any covering such as mesh or hay on top of the seating. That afternoon it raied quite heavily and all the grass seed washed away. The following Monday, ***** came to the door and asked if it had been resolved and we told him no that we had purchased additional grass seed to lay on the spot out of our pocket. He informed his remediation team who was here on that Monday that he wanted them to come back out and look at other alternatives for the large hole. They left in our yard. We were again told that they would be back to fix it and we’re told that they do that on Saturdays. Which would’ve been yesterday the 17 August. But no crew came out to resolve the issue.Customer Answer

It has been months that I have been having issues with ALLO and the installation of the fiber lines in front of my house. I have filed 4 complaints with the company only to have them block my private driveway the very next day. It is an Arizona Revised Statute to not block a private driveway for safety reasons. I also believe they will be putting a box that would block where cars are parked on my property. I would like my driveway to not be blocked per Arizona law and for no items to block off the front of my property.Initial Complaint

On March 28th 2024, Allo Fiber workers came to my door asking if they could come dig in the yard. I let them in to work and was busy inside, I didn’t pay attention to them and found out hours later after they left that they installed a green pillar in the middle of my yard where my garden would have been. I brought this house in October 2023, the pilar was not exist anywhere in the property. If it was already there I would have been okay but they installed it without asking my permission or any paper for me to sign. They also left one red wire cut loose above the ground. It’s about a foot away from the box so I don’t feel safe working around the yard. I tried reaching out to them but still no response. My neighbors have utility boxes in their yard but all of them run along the fence. If you could help direct me how to get this issue resolved I would greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

Hello! I own my property of the listed address with my husband. During the week of March 15-March 22nd, Allo Communications came to our property and installed fiber optic cables in our yard under a square container on the southwest corner of our lot. Then they removed it and transferred it to the northwest corner of our lot. This wouldn’t have been an issue if received notice of this addition to our property. We never received any form of communication (e.g. email, physical paper mail, flyer, etc.) from Allo Communications about this possible addition to our property. It started a year ago from now, I wanted internet at my business and they needed to do a site survey. They never showed up for over a year. I called and talked to people in person and nothing happened. I moved on and put a ******* hot spot in the building. My wife bought a business on 311 box butte and was trying to combined the bills. One person said no it can’t be done. Talked to someone else and they said they can. They said they would have someone call back, never Happens, I’ve talked to at least 15 people with one email back. When they finally figured it out, they overbill me over their advertisement price. It’s literally a different amount each time on my bill and no one can tell me why. I called again on 1-26-24 and they said they would call right back and they never do. My bill is combined with my house and my business and it suppose to be around $140 and they just sent me a bill for $215. They can never tell me why or it’s a different amount each time. It’s a joke. I’ve been on the phone with these guys so much trying to hook up 3 businesses and having people call me back it’s a joke.Business Response

The last bill had prorated amounts included on the bill, which will cause the bill to be higher than expected. Just got a bill for $238, it suppose to be around 140-150 but these guys asssured me that it won't be in the 200's anymore and now boom, it happened. everyone on the business side needs canned because they aren't consistant with their billing. I yanked my eqipment out of my business and this place is worse than charter. Never got a consistant bill after i combined my business and home. every person there can't do anything without a supervisor so they might as well make them all supervisors.Initial Complaint

Service boxes have been placed on my property to to be specific. The one in the front yard is off to a corner. The one in the backyard, however is right next to my children’s play area. There’s no compromise about moving these boxes out of the way.
