      I cannot express this more. If I could option a negative star rating, I would. Stay away from using this company. We had a grease fire at our house March 17th. The first company we called could not get to it for at least 2 weeks so we made the mistake of calling Yellow Van. They would bring 2-3 people for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and not every day. After 2 weeks they proclaimed that they were done. No ceilings touched, walls were washed as far as they could reach without a ladder, floors were in worse shame than when the firemen got done, and I could go on. Now the house still smells of smoke and we have another restoation company coming in to complete the job. On top of that, we just received a bill for $9000 for doing next to nothing. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY MEANS!

      I did meet with your wife on Friday and gave her a scope of the work that would be necessary to complete your cleaning. We obviously did not meet your expectations of the cleaning and would like to have the opportunity to send a different crew to complete the work. In no way do I expect you to pay us for the estimate that we gave to your wife. Your complete satisfaction is necessary before we would invoice for any work completed. You as the consumer are in complete control of when we would be entitled to any payment.
