      This business utilizes high tables to display their merchandise. During times when there are more customers than staff high stools are available for people to sit and wait. However, if you have a disability such as balance, leg or stature issues utilizing these high stools can be impractical if not dangerous. The Nebraska ADA states that any service offered to non-disabled customers must also be made available to those with a disability. They are refusing to provide visible and easy access seating for those unable to navigate their stools as it would "interrupt" their workflow. All customers need to be aware that this business is not only practicing discrimination but also flagrantly violating state and federal laws.

      Laura. We greatly apologize for the chairs not being visible during your time in the store as we have kept them in the back area to use as needed. Because we are a smaller boutique store, our space becomes greatly limited. However, with that said we have purchased lower seating chairs for those in need of them that are available any time they are needed. Again, we do apologize for any inconveniences during your time with us.
