    June 16, 2021 my siblings and I ordered a headstone for our deceased father's grave. We paid in full that same day. No further communication came from the company, until I called August 3, 2022 inquiring about the status of our order. I was told the stone had "finally arrived" and was ready for the lettering to be done -- they were hoping for a fall installation. November 4, 2022 I was finally able to find someone at their address and inquired. Received the same information - stone is here, however having trouble finding someone to do the lettering. Excuse was the gentleman that did it "aged out" and they had no one trained yet. It was strange when I gave them my father's name, she reached into a cardboard box and pulled out the folder. Noticed the office was in disarray and this lady was the only one there. ************************************************************ I am now fearful that something is amiss. The delays are all attributed to the pandemic, however other people have had no trouble with getting monuments completed with other vendors here in town.

    The BBB called me today requesting I respond to your complaint again. So, here is the response. Monuments are not installed over the winter. You received a letter from me near the end of the year, you and I spoke as well. You will be contacted the week before the monument is installation when we file permits and request the space to be flagged as is customary with our company and most others in the industry.
