      I purchased furniture from Amish Furniture a few years ago. There were many problems receiving the furniture including the delivery after waiting significantly longer than we were promised. In doing so, the drivers damaged my car parked in the driveway beyond repair. The owner requested we use her vehicle to keep her insurance costs down while we word in the insurance payment and a new car purchase. In December, a button came off the furniture and I requested that they pay for it. Within the last 2 weeks, the button finally arrived. Despite a recorded voice mail saying that they would pay for the repair, the owner, ****, refused to do so. We paid for the repair because the repair person also said Amish Furniture was not going to pay for the repair. I have called the furniture store several times within the last week, and the 3 times I was transferred to the owner's cell phone, and I was hung up on, "disconnected," and left a voice mail requesting a return call. I have not received a return call. I also have sent email this past week, and have received no reply. Most recently, I called the store and left a message with ****** (who originally left the message committing to being responsible for the repair) for ****. There has been no response.

      We have tried to make arrangements to repair Jane's recliner for several months but she refuses to let our repairman Roger into her home to complete the repair. We have all of the parts.
