    We took our vehicles to AJM multiple times. He lied and said he replaced my catalytic converter multiple times and turns out he did not we took it to *** ******** in Fremont for them to tell me it was the wrong cat he replaced it with that it had no heat shield and that I was driving with a major fire hazard under my hood. I am now having to pay *** ****** $3500 and I want the $1600 back that I paid him.

    We have tried to explain on the phone several times that what this client believes happened did not. She is not even using her real last name. We were promised by her she would come to our office, so we could show her the documentation, and prove how wrong she is. Instead, she went online to a Facebook discussion group, and personally attacked the business owner, and slandered the business. This individual brought in a truck for a module replacement, and we spent many hours trying to figure out why the new part would not sync with the truck computer and racking up several hundred dollars in labor time. As a courtesy, we took the truck to *** ******s, so they could try and figure out the problem. She agreed to this, and after they spent many more hours looking, she finally told them the computer had been modified with a speedometer correction device, that prevented the new part from interfacing. When she went to ******* to pick up the truck, she tried to tell them the bill was our restorability. When she was forced to pay the bill to have any further repairs done, she called threatening us and the business. We have never been paid for the hundreds she owes us before we took it to ******** 

    She then took another vehicle to a shop and had new head gaskets installed. The owner told her the catalytic convertors had filled with coolant, and she brought it here to have them replaced. We replaced them with brand new versions, and it ran fine. Later, she took it into *******, and they claimed the units we installed were wrong, because they had no factory heat shields. She again called here threatening us and the business, while again going online with the personal attacks. The aftermarket parts we installed had no heat shields in the design and were correct for that model. Not all vehicles have heat shields as part of the system. When we refused to again pay the bill for her with ******, she harassed us with calls so much, we had to block her number. There seems to be a pattern of us being attacked by this person, every time we refuse to pay her repair bills. We have all the documentation to prove these claims and will save them for any future court proceedings. We adamantly dispute this complaint as false, and look forward to showing her in person, or in court why this is true.
