            I ordered products from this company that were defective upon arrival and packaged extremely bad. The products were excessively heated and unable to be used becuase of the way they were packaged and the heat. I contacted the company and they refused to replace the product, told me i needed to pay to ship the product back and that they would only reimburse for partial refund after keeping the whole product. in essense robbing me of my money by not replacing product and charging me to ship back which they want me to ship extra expensive not like how they shipped to me and then i give all the product back unused and unopened but damaged and defective because of their mistake and then they issue a partail credit back. That is unacceptable and fraudulent business practice.

            I ordered cat vaccinations from their website which claimed that they were in stock. Upon receiving my shipment the company mixed up my vaccinations and sent me dog vaccinations instead. Their website still currently says that these vaccinations are available but I am having to get a return label sent to me to send the dog vaccinations back before I get a refund on their screw up. I have told them that they need to fix their website because the transaction on an order is immediate and they still have not done so. My order was over $*** so they are a fraudulent company in my opinion with slack workers that didn't even take kindergarten apparently to know the difference between a cat and dog.
