    On Nov. 29th I had a reached out to the following business to purchase a Iray RH50R thermal scope. The business owner stated that he did not have any in stock however he had some on order that would be in within the week. I proceeded to ask if I should wait to mail a check until they arrived or go ahead and send payment. **** stated to send the payment since they were to be delivered that week. On Monday December 3rd personal check ***** was mailed via usps. **** received this check Monday December 9th and stated he would not cash the check until he had the item purchased and a shipping label for me. On Wednesday the 11th this check was cashed through his bank at NEBRASKA STATE BANK & TRUST CO BROKEN BOW, NE 68822. I reached out to **** the morning of Friday December 13th after I noticed the check had been cashed and asked for a tracking number. He stated his wife took the check to the bank and he did not have the purchased item yet. I made a phone call to **** that day and asked when the scope would arrive and he stated by the end of the week. On Sunday December 15th I text **** and stated I needed a refund on the check since our agreement had not been met and I was ordering from another dealer. **** proceeded to send me a picture of the returned check ***** from NEBRASKA STATE BANK & TRUST CO BROKEN BOW, NE 68822 on Monday the 16th of December through text. As of Saturday December 21st I have still not received a check from the listed company through the mail. This complaint and supporting documents are being sent per legal advise sought on the 20th of December 2024 to pursue further action against OZ BAR PRECISION LLC. if the refunded amount or response is not received by Monday December 23, 2024.
