    This is on my brand new 2023 Dodge Challenger. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. On January 29th I took my car in to have the remote start put on it. I also advised ***** the service guy that I had air coming through the windshield on the passenger side of the car. He said he would look at it. Once they got done and I picked up the car, he said they were able to hear air coming out of the windshield as well and that he was going to have to get an ultrasonic test and that he would have to get his windshield guy, ****, to come look at it. He made an appt for 2/9/2024 @ 930. I show up for the appointment and ***** looks confused on why I am there. He forgot to confirm the appt with **** so the windshield guy was not there. He apologized for the error and asked if I could come back in on Monday the 12th. I agreed and took the car back on that Monday, **** came and looked at it and within 10 minutes, ***** came back and said there is definetly a defect on the windshield and that **** can't do anything until the new windshield is received and he is able to remove mine. ***** was supposed to order the windshield that day. I called around 2/26/2024 to check on where the windshield is at and ***** got on the phone and apologized and said he never processed the order for the windshield and that he would get it ordered that week. He then called on 3/1 and said he needed new pics of the windshield since it is under warranty and he couldn't find the original ones from february on the camera. I took the car into the dealership on 3/4 or 3/5 and he took pics of the windshield and got the factory numbers off of it and said he was placing the order that day. I called the dealership again on 3/28/24 and spoke with a female in the service **** and was told that my windshield in fact was at the dealership and she would call me back on 3/29/24 to set the appointment to come in and get it fixed. No one has called me back or returned any calls and my husband and I have been calling EVERYDAY!!!!
