    I worked through (and paid) my local Vet (*********************************, ********, **) to have my deceased dog transported through Loving Paws Pet Crematorium for cremation. The owner of Loving Paws Pet Crematorium picked up my dog on December 13th, 2024 from my ************ in ********, ** and I was told that the service would take up to 2 weeks, but likely only a week. To date, myself nor my vet, have been able to reach the owner of the Loving Paws Pet Crematorium (via phone or email) to get information on when I would be receiving my pet's remains back.I tried calling the Loving Paws Pet Crematorium today (Jan. 13, 2025), and received a message that the number was no longer in service. I called the *********************** to try and file a complaint, and was told by them that the Loving Paws Pet Crematorium hasn't been in business for months and that they had received other complaints similar to mine. However, when I talked to my Vet about my conversation with the police, they told me that the owner of Loving Paws was still taking deceased dogs for cremation in the month of December 2024. However, no one has been able to get a hold of the owner via phone or email and I have not been given a proper time of when I would receive my dog's remains, or where my dog even is. I want my dog's remains back, and I want to know when I can expect them back.

    The pet vet took my dog into loving paw cremation on October 30th.. I paid her $195 at that time and she cashed my check November 3 and I still have not been able to contact her. I have called several times along with several other people and other people are having the same problem with her we need something done with this place of business

    I was referred by the vet to have my cat cremated at Loving Paws the end of September 2023 cost $175 and still havent received my cats ashes and there is no contact from Loving Paws and the vet cant get ahold of them either.

    My dog had to be euthanized on 7/30/23 at **********************************. They recommended cremation services by a third party company and charged me I $150. It has been 2.5 months and no ashes. ********* says they cant really help me because its not them. They gave me the owners phone number who ignored my text and voicemail. This is beyond upsetting as Im sure my dogs body is decomposed by now.
