    2019 ******* ****** (VIN: ******) was illegally repossessed by ND Asset Recovery LLC, insured under ********************************* (USDOT #*******, Policy No. *********-00).Facts of the Incident:The repossession occurred within a gated private residential community in ********ND Asset Recovery LLC entered the property without authorization, constituting trespass and breach of peace under A.R.S. ******* and the Uniform Commercial ******* documentation or proof of legal authority was presented at the time of repossession.The vehicle was later sold across state lines in ********** between December 1017, 2024 by ************************** for $13,950, without curing the initial illegality. This constitutes conversion and consumer fraud under Arizona and New Mexico law.GuideOne Insurances Role:As ND Asset Recovery LLCs liability insurer, ******** is responsible for indemnifying third parties for damages caused by its insureds unlawful conduct during the policy period.I filed a third-party claim with ******** and provided extensive documentation including communications, sale records, and legal authority.Despite this, ******** has denied liability, refused to provide supervisory and underwriting contact information, and referred me to outside counsel without clarifying representation scope.The policy in question expires on July 16, 2025, and the lack of timely, transparent handling raises concerns of bad faith claims practices under A.R.S. 20-461.Damages:$13,950 (vehicle sold for)Additional financial losses related to registration, transportation, and inability to use my vehicle Emotional distress Resolution Sought:Payment of $13,950 for the value of the vehicle, plus reimbursement for related expenses.Written acknowledgment of GuideOnes insureds unlawful conduct.Implementation of corrective measures to ensure prompt and fair third-party claim handling in compliance with state and federal law.
