            I contracted with them to kennel my 3 dogs from May 30, 2021 - June 1, 2021. I paid $75 deposit over the phone one week prior. When my wife and I dropped our dogs off to be boarded we were told by the employee that they made an “error” and could only board 2 of our dogs. We were very upset because we had paid a deposit for all 3 dogs. The employee was rude and abusive. She told us if we didn’t like it we could leave. We asked for the owner who ended up taking all 3 dogs, but we did not feel safe or trust them with our dogs anymore. They wouldn’t refund our deposit so we were forced to leave our dogs there. I want my $75 deposit back due to rude, abusive treatment by employee at this business. I paid with Visa card.

            I am sorry you feel that way. The employee that checked you in apologizes for any misunderstanding. After reviewing the recording we don't feel there was any verbal assaults. There was however some confusion on her part regarding reservations. She was in no way trying to elevate a situation. This is why management was called to take over, and the confusion was quickly remedies. As for the deposit, in no way were we ever trying to scam you out of your deposit. This was never discussed and your deposit was deducted from your final invoice. We hope you find a better fit for your pets in the future.

            You have bad reviews for good reason. You make excuses & minimize rather than APOLOGIZE & try to remedy the issues. I do believe you most likely abused my dogs since you were abusive to ME.
